Jim Leitch
Managing Director
Having founded Link Integrated in 1997, Jim had previously spent his time working for some of the industry’s larger privately owned organisations and PLCs.
Throughout his career, Jim has spent his time within the sales and design environment, initially starting as an alarm sales representative for a Nottinghamshire based national alarm installer in the 1980s.
Jim rapidly flourished in this environment and soon found himself working for Photoscan, where he was able to develop his knowledge of more complex security applications and sales management, later moving on to becoming National Sales & Marketing Manager for a Nottingham based national company.
Since 1997, Jim has spent his time as Managing Director where he has taken great enjoyment and pride in developing Link Integrated into the UK’s leading installer and integrator and Electronic Security and Life Safety Systems.
Paul Roberts
Sales & Marketing Director
Paul joined Link Integrated in 1997 as Sales & Marketing Director, prior to which he spent four years working alongside Jim Leitch at Quadrant.
Having started out as a sales representative for a Manchester based sign making company, Paul has spent time in the security industry working in a number of managerial positions for national privately owned companies and PLCs.
Paul’s customer orientated approach to system design and account management has throughout his career enabled him to forge enviable working relationships with many clients. His commercial background and commitment to customer retention ensures customers benefit from cost effective solutions combined with a guarantee to deliver.
Steve Haslop
Commercial Director
Steve joined Link Integrated in 2003 as Finance Director, becoming Commercial Director in 2004 and then Operations Director in early 2007. His experience is varied, having been a director of both PLC and owner managed organisations.
Having qualified as an accountant in 1983, Steve has used his financial training as a springboard to more general management roles. These roles have included such diverse positions as Export Sales Director & Commercial Vehicle Dealer Principal, and directorships in the furniture, motor, distribution and security sectors.
It is the responsibility of Steve & his team to deliver projects on time, to budget & above customer expectations. Steve thrives on the pioneering solution led approach that sets Link Integrated apart from the competition.
